Neptunia Riders Vs Dogoos

Neptunia Riders Vs Dogoos is a vehicular combat spinoff from the Hyperdimension Neptunia games. The game carries over the biking aspect of Game Maker Revoultion.  The game was developed and published by Idea Factory. It focuses on Neptunia and friends trying to collect Dogoos (animals that are part slime and part dog) and stop the Dogoos from brainwashing them that is leading them to mindlessely following the Dogoos. The goal is simple, collect as many Dogoos as you can and you win, that’s the only objective the game has.  

The graphics are generally ok and the art is as fine as ever. The bike controls were generally ok too. The stage designs were ok but that was really it. You can customize the bikes looks and performance as well as the clothes.  

You can attack enemies with melee or long range attacks but that’s about it. Each Dogoo you collect gives unique bonuses depending on what stage you are in. However, you do not have any use for the bonuses considering how simplistic the game is.  

You can replay missions for new items to unlock to but that’s the amount of replay value, otherwise, it’s an incredibly short game that can only take an estimated 2 hours to play. 

Overall, the game was pretty average.
