Redo of healer is an anime adaptation of the light novel series of the same name.
It focuses on Keyaru a healer who has been summoned among other heroes to save the world from a evil threat only to realize the evil threat was actually his own comrades and the government that rules the world and its up to him to restart the past and get his revenge.
This is where things get to an obviously dark turn.
Keyaru as a healer his abilities are exploited and it makes him experience what others go through much to his own shock and reluctance to use it and as a result his so called “comrades” and the government he is forced to work for abuse him in all kinds of horrific ways from going all in on the wig splitting and cheek busting and hooking him on drugs just to get him to be obedient.
One day after a mission gone wrong he is given a philosopher stone that pretty much allows him to change the past and he uses it to help enhance his powers and to get revenge on those who abused him.
He now goes by Keyaruga and has all of his memories all the while becoming unhinged and really straight up brutal to anyone who dares to go against him.
His main way of gaining “allies” is basically raping them so they can be submissive to any of his commands.
His way of getting revenge while its predictable like jigoku shoujo that the bad guys do get punished instead of the psychological irony based ways of punishment for evil this takes more of a brutal up front gory way of it and of course poetic justice too included. Some of his “victims” were gangraped to death by brainwashed soldiers one such person was gangrapped after being turned into a woman via forced magical feminization and another one after being exposed as an actual misandristic predatory lesbian same fate but with an addition of cannibalistic brainwashed soldiers too.
At least unlike jigoku shoujo where there was wishy washy back and forth reluctance that led to really unintelligent character choices and disasters it actually is straight up front and im glad the creator of the series didn’t held back any kind of hesitation for the sake of forced in melodrama.
The other characters whats really there to say, they’re just as bloodthirsty as he is and other than that, they’re pretty into being raped in hardcore ways and serving him in any way they can please him. Karmamm the demon merchant was pretty sensiable and really the only true “honest” character in the anime other than Anna Keyarus former love interest before her suicide after rape. It doesn’t even stop at that one of the other characters Norn gets raped by her own sister while larping as a bdsm style dog almost like Origamii from Date A Live in the anime ova.
The anime is very short and unfortunately doesn’t cover much of the story and it ends on a sequel baiting ending even though there isnt plans for a sequel anytime soon.
The animation and art was generally ok thats really about it.
The music was alright too.
Overall it was an average anime.
It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
This series controversy is just beyond pointless like all other edgy themed anime and manga and Japanese video games, weird how morning glory farm or whatever its called can get off scott free and even Chinese and Korean and Western stuff can get away with it yet if its from Japan its a big fucking problem, i really absoultely fucking hate wokies tradcucks centrists normalfags and other obnoxious braindead idiot who supports puritanism period.
This isn’t even the first controversial anime to ever existed, once upon a time ago ovas that were straight to video were pretty violent and wild, and blood-c by clamp before this anime was also quite gory too and needy streamer overload had self harm and drug use even ifnintendo failed to censor it and yeah long story short fuck censorshit and retards period.
