Utawaremono Mask Of Truth is one of the entries of Utawaremono games where you must fight for your side to defeat the bad guys and find out the truth behind the events.
The gameplay is turn based strategy mixed with visual novel elements similar to the tears to tiara games.
The graphics were generally fine.
The art itself was generally decent.
The combat itself is quite easy.
The auto chain you’re better off having on especially with how long the game can be.
Theres training missions you can do to level up both parties taking part in it.
At the end of each battle you can get bonus points you can use to boost your stats.
The music was generally decent.
The game characters and story itself was not anything that special.
The game was pretty easy especially since you can get as much battle points and use it to go through the game without any issue so thats good.
The game is fairly long mainly because its more so visual novel scenes than so gameplay itself.
Not helping either was the amount of filler included as well that made the game dragged on longer than it should have been.
Overall it was an average game.
It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
