Code Vein is a soulslike jrpg developed by Bandai. 

It focuses on Revenants fighting monsters and finding out the truth about whats really going on in the apoyaclpyitic world around them. 

You can choose various character classes and customize your character however you like. 

The combat as expected is pretty challenging and requires time patience and luck to really get good with the games mechanics. 

You level up by visiting and puryfying springs which you can also fast travel too and remember photomode is the closest you can get to pausing in the game since it is a soulslike after all. 

The map designs is pretty interesting and requires exploration to really get around to exploring your enviroment. 

You can travel with partners that have their own bonuses to help you in exploration and combat. 

The graphics and art is good. 

The music is pretty good too. 

Theres also multiple endings depending on what you did in the game.

The characters are pretty average and nothing really special. 

The voice acting and dialogue does get cringey from time to time. 

Overall it was an alright game. 

It gets 4 out of 5 stars.
