Collar x Malice Unlimited is an alternative take on the original story that takes place after the events of the first game. This version provides more insight into the side characters’ lives outside of the main story and there is more character development which makes them more interesting. It also delves more into the backstory of Adonis, the terrorist group. You should play the first game before playing the fandisc.
The music and artwork were excellent, and the user interface was good. The shooting mechanics from the original makes a return here. This game is not as intense and edgy as the first version but still excellent.
Its a fairly long game too with a decent amount of replay value in it. Included is occasional Chibi art drawings from time to time given the more sol nature of the story. The grammar and spellings are just as bad as ever as expected from Akys. Fans who enjoyed the original game will definitely like this version.
Overall, it was a decent visual novel
