i dream of mimi

I dream of mimi is a 3 part ova adaptation based on the manga of the same name. 

It focuses Akira and his life with Mimi an advanced android unintentionally after saving years for it while also being targetted by rival androids too. 

The computers themselves are parodies of real world computer brands like nacintosh being macintosh. 

Storywise its average at best not really different to any other android or maid themed anime I've seen. 

Lot of the story feels rushed out too and it just left more questions than answers due to the lenght of it. 

I have to also say, the melodrama of saving one of the characters forte through intercourse only in porn can you come up with something that funny and the other characters themselves bland and unforgettable also the mysterious smoking man too he must have been the overarching villain but got scrapped due to the lenght of the anime unfortuantely. 

The anime is also pretty lewd and with lot of fanservice to it, as literally the only way for mimi to expand her memory is if Akira ejaculates in her every 3 days. 

Erection power saver has to be one of the most wildest titles I've seen for an application as one such example of how lewd the story gets. 

The masturbation jokes too you can easily tell this came from a time that masturbation wasn’t really seen as all that healthy either where nowadays its pretty common place and no you’re not going to end up blind like daredevil or toph either if you masturbate. 

The art and animation is genrally ok. 

Its not really that long either. 

Overall it was an average anime. 

It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
