Idol Project

Idol Project is an anime ova by long since defunct anime studio Studio Ox. 

It focuses on a group of characters competing to be the top Idol and its up to them to save the world from Aliens by taking part in various competitions. 

The premise itself not really the most original. 

The animation and art was pretty decent. 

The characters are as simplistic as simplistic can get but their gimmicks were pretty unique. 

Theres alot of fanservice here that makes sense considering the nature of the story. 

The music was decent too. 

The comedy itself is simple its really just same old oogling at cute girls and fanservice moments and thats bout it really. 

Overall this was an average ova. 

It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
