Maid Cafe On Electric Street is a Maid Cafe management simulator where you play as a recently unemployed person now becoming a Maid Cafe manager who must uplift the business and prevent it from closing. The main goal is to help your Fuwa Fuwa café thrive and become the most popular in Nipponbashi.
The game utilizes a 2D pixel style which looks really good. You can explore stores and the economy is fairly extensive too mainly otaku goods for apartment customization and buying soundtracks and eating food. The game has many collaborations with real world brands and other video game companies like Va-Halla bartender story. Theres some parts where you can spend time with the maids of the cafe on certain days. The management section is kind of tedious. It mainly just seat people, take orders and get tips. Occasionally you get the special request where you have to make a certain coffee.
The music was decent, and the characters were charming and likeable. The game also has books you can read and excerpts from them. There was an occasional technical hiccup here and there but nothing too serious.
Overall, the game was alright.
