Mistonia’s Hope The Lost Delight is an otome game by idea factory.
It focuses on the main character getting romance or revenge by disguise to figure out why and how their own home village was ruined. The game markets itself as a rarity in otome focused on revenge, but that couldn’t be any further from the truth as there has been otome with revenge prevalent themes if not made by Idea Factory than another company and maybe even exclusive in Japan.
The art itself was pretty good.
Interactivty wise its mainly just go to the map collect gem stones that reveals the truth of events gradually and dialogue choices on whether to get revenge or stay low profile for now.
The music was decent too.
The characters are the atypical types seen in many otomes.
Overall it was an alright game.
It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
