Moldiver is an anime ova series based on the manga of the same name by the creator of hyperdoll.
The series is basically a parody of super hero comics and magical series at the time during the 90s.
In this case its hourman apparently one of the b listers of the dc comics side where here its only a certain amount of time where one can have superpowers to defeat the villains thats what this anime is about characters wearing powersuits and predictably defeating the villains.
The concept itself isn’t really anything that special.
The fanservice is to be expected especially since its parody material.
The animation is ok and so is the art too.
The ending is also iffy too with the bad guys still being out there and the lead being back to a normal life.
Overall this was an average ova.
It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
