Ninja Cadet is a 2 part original anime ova series focusing on a group of ninjas in training.
The concept itself isn’t really anything that special however i will say that this isn’t the first anime to do ninja training stuff just an older example before Naruto came around.
The comedy wasn’t anything that special.
The action wasn’t really that great either.
The art and animation was generally decent.
Theres quite the tonal consistency issue where it can’t decide whether it wants to be samurai x or ninja scroll or just a full on parody of the genre something thats quite atypical with aic works apparently from bubblegum crisis to burn up.
The music was generally decent too.
Overall it was a pretty average anime.
It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
