PHANTOM BREAKER: ULTIMATE BATTLEGROUNDS OVERDRIVE

Phantom Breaker Ultimate Battlegrounds Overdrive is the Switch remaster of the game from the PS Vita. Like the original, it is a 2D side scroller beat em up game where you play as characters from the Phantom Breaker series defeating enemies to reach the boss at the end of the stage. 

The game is easy to play and thoroughly enjoyable with appealing graphics and excellent music. The updated controls are solid as ever and there are JRPG elements where you can equip skills and level up to boost your status.  

Overall, it was an enjoyable game albeit a bit short. 

It gets 4 out of 5 stars.
