Rising Of Shield Hero

Rising of shield hero is an anime adaptation of the novel series of the same name. 

Its an isekai it focuses on 4 people coming from various worlds to stop an evil threat called the waves and its up to them to stop them. 

But heres the twist, one of the heroes a not so popular one called the shield hero gets falsely accused of rape of the daughter of the  king who summoned them to save the world and its up to him to clear his name and stop the evil corrupt government in addition to the waves. 

The story isn’t really anything all that original and theres been other stories in manga and anime im sure just like this. 

The action is predictable and really not that impressive. It takes notes from lot jrpgs with the world building and rules one such being an archaic one following that heroes are restricted to their primary weapons and classes and can’t use anything else. 

The shield powers increase as time goes by and more requirements for certain powers are unlocked which isn’t really any all that different to what you can see in any other jrpg. 

The characters as tropey as tropey can get and the story itself can get pretty predictibaly cliched too. 

The main villain in the series Malty Melomac she is obviously one of the most hated villains in recent anime history.  Obviously shes a manipulative narcissist a thot who is lazy and also incredibly greedy and shes pretty much everything you can think about thats wrong with modern women today shes all of that basically in a nutshell and i can see why so many other people who have seen this show, (besides narcissistic femcels who worship her or self hating male beta white knight cucks who have 0 self respect would like her) hate her so much. 

So overall yeah everyone in this story sucks like scott pilgrim vs the world as its just really shitty people trying to outdo each other in who can be the most shitiest. 

From forced in melodrama to forcedincomedy and of course forced in power of friendship too and pointless infighting bickering it just felt like mandatory tickboxes that had to be there and it shoulda never been done so at all in the first place. 

The animation was ok the cgi was very noticble at times and the art was fine too. 

Overall it was an average anime. 

It gets 3 out of 5 stars. 

Years ago this show when it was just up and coming and airing it was the subject of controversy because of how something that the left and the media likes to cover up and pretend that doesn’t exist is surprise women being evil and getting the pussy pass for doing bad shit. Even more ironic is how one of the people who was spearheading the controversy Justin Sevakis oh sorry i mean Justin Soyvakis got falsely accused for sexual harassment and while those charges never stuck on him it just goes to show ironic it is thats ok when a woman does bad shit and when the left does bad shit but if you notice otherwise you’re the bad guy. 

The controversy only really existed simply because the retards down in anime news network and other obnoxious wokies were just simply bored out of their minds and looking for things to be outraged by since outrage addiction be it normalfags tradcucks or wokies is something they all sufer from and thebest and only cure for it is to bully and mock retards to the same fate kazeolion and burntfishie got for being such obnoxious puritanical cultists period.
