samurai hunt for the sword is an anime ova adapted by aic of a visual novel of the same name.
It focuses on Shinjiro a young warrior on his way to find a special sword in order to go fight against Mikage.
The action wasn’t really anything that special or interseting to look at.
The story itself isn’t really anything that special or unique.
The art and animation were generally fine by early 2000s standards.
The characters were quite tropey too and nothing really that special either.
Overall it was an average anime.
It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
