Since Memories Off The Starry Sky

Since Memories Off The Starry Sky is a continuation of the Memories Off visual novel series by mages. 

This is as of now the first ever release internationally for the games since its long since been a Japanese only exclusive series thats been going on since the late 90s. 

It takes place ten years after the previous games and it focuses on Junya and his time with friends and the mystery of a death he was “allgedly” blamed for years ago and he tries to unsolve what really did happened while also helping out with renovations with a house into a cafe in Sumirosa. 

The story focuses alot on grief and guilt and regret after death happens which is an interesting theme the game focuses around. 

The visual novel itself is quite a while to go through. 

The gameplay is mainly choose your own dialogue choice and multiple endings and thats about it for the extent of interactivity. 

The user interface was simple enough. 

The art and background designs are pretty good. 

The characters as atypically tropey as tropey can be. 

There was alot of translation hiccups and grammar errors here and there. 

The music is pretty good too. 

Overall it was a decent game. 

It gets 4 out of 5 stars.
