Tatoon master is a 2 part anime ova based on the manga series it focuses on Hibo and Nima and their relationship and the focus of Nimas magical powers too after Hibo’s mother goes to studies Nima’s magical tribe.
The art and animation is generally ok.
The story and characters themselves aren’t any thing that special.
In fact they were all pretty annoying and tropey.
The music itself is generally decent too.
The comedy itself isn’t really that special either too.
Overall this was a below average anime.
It gets 2 out of 5 stars.
