Atelier Sophie

Atelier Sophie is one of the many entries of the Atelier series for the ps4. 

It focuses on Sophie and her journey into being a alchemist with the help of her friends atypical of a usual Atelier game with its atypical tropey as ever characters. 

You explore areas looking for and gathering spots to find items defeat enemies. 

You can enhance your items potency too and level up your alchemy skill as time goes by. 

The game has one ending its not really the multiple ending time limit based atelier game. 

You can also throughout exploration find ideas for alchemy recipes too. 

And of course the time of day affects the type of ingridents and enemies and you encounter too. 

You can increase the bonds between your friends for bonuses. 

Combat is turned based like before you can go offensive or defensive use a variety of skills and thats bout it. 

The art is pretty good and the graphics are generally fine. 

The music is good too. 

It can get grindy from time to time and yeah there is its moments of technical hiccups and micromanagements too. 

Overall it was an alright game. 

It gets 3 out of 5 stars.
